Legal notice
Last updated:
1. Site ownership
This website (saulacuna.dev and its subdomains me.saulacuna.dev
and blog.saulacuna.dev) is personally owned by
Saúl Acuña Godoy, hereinafter "the owner".
Business address: Barcelona, Spain. Contact email: [email protected].
2. Professional model
The owner works as an employee. The selected external collaborations
offered through saulacuna.dev are executed and invoiced through a
professional-services cooperative that acts as the billing entity. The
cooperative's full identification details (registered name, tax ID and registered
address) are provided to the client at the proposal or invoice stage.
The owner is not registered as self-employed nor operates as an agency. No intermediaries: the service is delivered directly by the contracted person.
3. Purpose of the site
The site has three functions depending on subdomain:
- saulacuna.dev: commercial presentation of the offered services (infrastructure, automation, digital identity, applied AI, consulting) and a contact form to initiate precontractual conversations.
- me.saulacuna.dev: professional portfolio and interactive technical demos (sandbox). No direct personal-data collection.
- blog.saulacuna.dev: personal essays on technology, engineering and AI.
4. Terms of use
Access to the site is free and open. The user commits to using contents and services appropriately, in accordance with applicable law, common decency and public order.
Use of the site for illicit purposes, harming third-party rights or interests, or damaging, disabling or overloading the technical services of the site or its networks is prohibited.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Texts, graphic design, source code, marks, logos and other distinctive elements of the site are the exclusive property of the owner, except where expressly stated otherwise (for example in open-source demonstrations or quoted material).
Total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited, with the exception of personal non-commercial use and fair-use citation and commentary.
6. Third-party links and services
The site relies on external providers for static hosting, content distribution (CDN), bot mitigation, cookieless aggregated analytics and, where applicable, messaging channels used internally by the owner to manage contact notifications. Most fonts are self-hosted from the same domain to minimise data transfer to third parties.
Concrete identification of each provider and the legal basis for international transfers is detailed in the Privacy policy and can be provided individually on request.
7. Liability limitation
The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the site nor is responsible for damages caused by service interruptions, content errors or third-party actions beyond their reasonable control.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular:
- Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society and E-Commerce Services (LSSI-CE).
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
9. Changes
The owner reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time. The version in force is always the one published at this URL. Periodic review is recommended.
